1. No Returns or Refunds on Personalized Products
Since our products are custom-made according to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and engraved. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase, including spellings, designs, and specifications.
2. Exceptions for Defective or Undelivered Items
While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise. We will honor a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

Defective Product: If your item arrives damaged or with an engraving error that differs from the order details provided, we will replace the item at no additional cost. If the damage is due to negligence on part of shipping carrier, you will need to contact the carrier for reimbursement of damages (Shipping insurance is recommended).

Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your package is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the shipping carrier, we will either resend the item or issue a refund.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund under the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Provide Proof: Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Processing Time: Once we verify the issue, we will process your replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
We begin production shortly after receiving your order. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.
5. Customer Responsibility

Ensure all personalization details (names, dates, spellings, fonts, etc.) are correct before submitting your order.
